If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

We may offer a free correction or touch-up at our discretion, provided it is reasonable and within the original service scope.

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future appointment if rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in the deposit being forfeited.
